This cast iron grill pan is exceptional!! I could not be more impressed with this. The weight and quality of the cast iron truly exceeded my expectations, not to mention the wood serving tray that comes with is so functional and looks great.

This is a great cast iron pan for grilling! The pan itself is very heavy and high-quality. It fits on my Weber Q100 series grill perfectly. It's really nice that it has the wooden storage holder because these types of pans can get really hot, although I think the stand could be slightly sturdier considering the weight of the pan. But overall I'm very happy -- it's one of the heaviest pans and I own so I know it will conduct heat well.

Wow, love this grill pan! The dimensions of this pan are 12"x9.5"x1" so its a really nice size to fit on both a burner or to use on your grill. The instructions didn't tell me to pre-season, so I just used a bit of olive oil and threw it on the grill for marinated salmon and it worked perfectly and seared my salmon to perfection. The pan is just really pretty for serving on its wood base too. I put it right onto the patio table still sizzling. It cleans up like standard cast iron. Cooks nice, looks nice and I'll have it for a long time. Great pan for a lifetime piece of cookware!
