Poêle à frire avec couvercle en fonte émaillée 3 pte / 10 pouces Lava

I own many cast iron pans and this Lava 3qt non stick enameled pan is my new favorite. Not only is the red color beautiful, but the this set cooks delicious food. The non stick just makes it even better. I will definitely be buying more of this cookware.

I love my Lava cast iron! The top can actually be used as a skillet! The pot is deep, and PERFECT for frying, making rice, a small stew, etc.! The possibilities are ENDLESS! While it says you do not need to season them, I always season my cast iron. I have yet to have stuck on foods or any issues with it! The label says you can place them in a dishwasher, but I am old school and wash anything cast iron by hand. This is definitely a go-to from now on!

This is a beautiful set, I got the blue. Inspecting the cast iron inside I found some small inconsistencies, scratched edging and uneven surfaces. I have no idea how this will affecting cooking it but I’m not overly worried about it either. Cast iron can take a lot of abuse and still cook perfectly.

Very hard to clean.
