I planned on using these to make sugar-free chocolate covered ice cream bars using sugar free chocolate chips. I made sugar-free ice cream (with Allulose sweetener) which I put into the molds. They wouldn't unmold. They stuck to the mold and came out in pieces. I'll try making popsicles instead as they will freeze like ice. But my dream of making sugar-free chocolate covered ice cream bars died today. Lol.

These popsicle molds are easy to store flat in the freezer, and they stack too. Love that they are reusable silicone and dishwasher safe. We’ve been making yogurt pops for kids and adults alike in them. Leave headroom for liquids to expand!

When my icicle pops mold arrived, I was so excited. All I can think about was all the different popsicles I was going to make. But then when I open up the box, the molds were so little at my assignment went away. But I said let me try and see what I can do with these little bitty ice pop molds. So I filled it with ginger ale and Froze them. And popsicles turned out pretty good.
