Really nice set, just what I was looking for. I purchased open box since I'm a bargain hound, and everything is perfect except for one issue. Apparently in pickup and delivery process, the box was roughly handled with the end result being the lovely, handled platter/tray, was in pieces. The box was a bit rough looking, but I was optimistic. So sad to hear the rattle of broken pieces when I picked up the box, and very sad that the platter didn't survive.

This set is absolutely beautiful. It is great for outside on the deck patio. Very high-quality but note you cannot put it in the microwave.
