So first things first this pan is amazing I made meatloaf in it and I didn’t use parchment paper just to see if it would stick to the pan and to my surprise instead of sticking this pan caramelized the sides so perfect and my meatloaf just fell out the pan amazing buy.

I absolutely love the Bakken -Swiss Bakeware! I made Strawberry Bread this weekend and it came out of the pan flawlessly. am very happy I purchased this pan and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in a good loaf pan!

I needed a new loaf pan, so I ordered this one. Not only was it rated very well by others, but it impressed me as well. It is a deep pan and very well done as far as anti-stick coating goes. I made bread and it turned out perfect! It was moist and browned. I would recommend this as a housewarming gift or wedding shower gift for sure! My old loaf pan was no longer in service, making baking home made banana bread a challenge! I was thrilled to find this little loaf pan on Wayfair - If you order, remember NOT to put this baby in the dishwasher- Also, my unit looked like there was a tiny abrasion on a side wall- Ill see what happens as time goes on- Its a decent size, lightweight...

Seems like a sturdy metal loaf pan. Sometimes breads bake better in metal than in glass. I find the packaging misleading… “Swiss” is written no less than 4 times… however the place of manufacture is listed as “PRC” (People’s Republic of China) in small unobtrusive print, which of course is not surprising.
