Board itself is a good idea but the problem is steel makes it stick to the countertop and if the screech will bother you when using the knife on a metallic surface , you should keep it in mind

Very satisfied with the product and safety in food pre.

A little hard to get off the counter after use. Tends to slide on the quartzite counters. Could use some kind of padding. Easy to use and decent sizes. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Doesn’t seem to dull knives and doesn’t make horrible sounds when cutting. Will continue to use but might put on a dish towel and see if that stops the sliding.

Sent back very sharp edges, would of gave no stars

I still use these but what a quick way to dull all my good knives!
