It would be difficult to find cookware any more beautiful than Livwell diamond clad. The real challenge with this type of cookware is scrambled eggs. As I purchased frying pans as well I immediately scrambled an egg and had absolutely no problem with sticking. All I did was wipe out the pan with a paper towel. An over easy fried egg did not stick at all. I love this cookware.
