Sadly I am very disappointed in this toaster. I first purchased this beautiful toaster because of the way it looked and also because of the variety of toasting offers. The first one arrived after Christmas and didn’t toast properly until activated twice on the highest setting. After a couple of months it quit toasting completely. Wayfair were extremely helpful and sent us a replacement toaster as we thought it was just a faulty toaster. We received the new one a few days ago and the new toaster toasts exactly the same as the first one. It takes forever to fully toast a piece of bread and then it is dried out. Wayfair has again stood by their good name and we will order a different product. Thank you Wayfair.

First of all it was taking 3 months to arrive. Then I received an email that it would be here in a week. The toaster never did arrive however we did get a delivery. It was a big very heavy metal stool of some sort. I had to get that mess sorted out and have it picked up. I was then told the toaster would still be the end of June. By then I was not very happy so cancelled the toaster. Usually have good luck with Mayfair but not this time.
