Two boxes were delivered on the the 8th of October. I am still waiting for the last box. The items received were in perfect condition - no breakage or cracks.Shipping is slow due to the Pandemic but I have the shipping labels and will contact customer service tomorrow.The products received are beautiful - exactly as pictured

I bought this set when we downsized from our country home to a townhouse. The design and color are perfect, just as shown in the pictures. AFter 18 months of daily use, including microwave and dishwasher, the set remains in perfect condition. UPDATE: We have now used these dishes for over three years, and they are still in like-new condition!

More beige than buttercream yellow which is what I thought it would be but the plates are lovely as is
