[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lotus Multi-Function Cooker and Dutch oven is a beast of a kitchen tool. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. Overall this new Lotus brand seems to know what they’re doing and I would love to try more of their products in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lotus The Sous looks very premium straight out of the box. The stainless steel design is beautiful and sturdy. I love the large control display and multifunction options — it feels like a high-end, versatile kitchen tool. Can’t wait to test it in my cooking routine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Lotus multi-cooker! It looks sleek and modern on my countertop with its stainless steel design, and it’s incredibly easy to use. The controls are intuitive — just set the program, press start, and let it do the work. I’ve used it for slow cooking, sautéing, steaming, and rice, and everything comes out perfectly cooked every time. The lid seals nicely to keep moisture and flavor in, and cleanup is simple since the pot is nonstick and easy to remove. It’s become my go-to appliance for family dinners and meal prep. Highly recommend this cooker to anyone who wants reliable performance and beautiful design in one appliance! And the packaging is beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never tried sous vide cooking but now that I have I love it! It makes the meat so tender and cooked to perfection. I love that I can also sauté in it or slow cook like I would in a crockpot. This has become our main cooking vessel! So easy to use and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying I was a bit hesitant at first with it having so many features, I thought, no way they can all be good. But boy, was I wrong! We started off with something simple like rice, and I’ve had plenty of rice cookers in the past all of them were horrible. When I tell you this made the most perfect, consistent rice I’ve ever had at home, I was beyond impressed. I can’t wait to try out everything else. Definitely a new favorite!
