My Pressure Cooker is a must have to quickly prepare delicious meals and especially melt in your mouth meats. I have used a pressure cooker since the 60’s. This cooker is all one piece so no jiggler to misplace, is safe to use and worth its weight in gold. When deciding which size to purchase don’t just think of you and your significant other. Also look at your future. You will use it to prepare food for a growing family, guest and holiday seasons. Rather than a 4qt look at 6 or 8 qt. It is just as easy to use and economical rather than purchasing a larger size down the road. Wayfair has knowledgeable people to answer questions. Finally got around to trying out this pressure cooker. As I had NEVER cooked this way before, I was quite nervous about getting started. First off, the English instructions left a lot to be desired. It did not give me any info on how much water to use or cooking times - I had to look everything up on the internet. But I cooked a whole chicken with potatoes, onions and mushrooms and it came out perfect in 30 minutes! My husband LOVED the meal and couldn't believe it was so tender and juicy in that short of time. Will definitely be using this pot in the future! It also cleaned up quite nicely so that was a plus. I've had many pressure cookers throughout the years, but this is by far my favorite! The size is fantastic; I'm able to fit so much in it being that it's 8 quart. So far I've made mongolian beef and beef brisket in it, and they both tasted fantastic. And the pot section is dishwasher safe so clean up is a breeze. It's so much faster using this than cooking the traditional way, and it makes it easier for me to cook during the week when we're really busy.
