• Hand washes in warm water with mild soap and towel dry immediately.
• Avoid extended contact with water, salty or acidic foods, and coat lightly with vegetable oil or spray to easily avoid staining.
• Warm to 350 degrees for hot foods.
• Cutting directly on the metal surface will scratch the finish.
