Good pan. Wish it was less expensive.

Well, I haven’t gotten to use this guy yet but wanted to review on initial thoughts. It feels like a really nice, heavy duty pan. The inside seems like it will be easy to keep clean. I like the appearance of the outside.

This is an extremely versatile roasting pan. It's not too small, not too large, and a breeze to clean. My photo is using it for roasting a turkey. Although the rack does not come with it, I think it roasts better on the rack. I am planning to make baked apples for freezing and I need a roasting pan that can hold a number of apples, the spices inside the apple, and the liquid needed to bake this probably. I think this will be just perfect!

This roast pan is absolutely gorgeous! The packaging was very sturdy and safe. The size of the baking roast pan/tray is perfect, it has the weight of a high quality material but not being too heavy to use. The stone surface is beautiful and non-scratch + non-stick which is exactly what we needed. This is a great high-end product!

What a great pan! This is a heavy, substantial piece of kitchen equipment that I can’t wait to use. This pan is made of 18/8 stainless steel which will be perfect to roast with in the oven. It has beautiful handles so you can take it out to serve on the table with a nice trivet!
