Meyer Confederation 28cm NonStick Skillet Everyday Day Pan Made in Canada

So glad I did a search for pans manufactured in Canada. I was not familiar with this company. I bought two non-stick Meyer pans, and they are both performing perfectly so far. I'm quite taken by the reddish colour of the non-stick surface. The quality seems first rate, and the price was really reasonable.

This non stick skillet with cover is a pleasure to work with. Cooking at medium heat ensures the liquids and food within this pan never dry up. You can almost walk away knowing everything is under control.

We have used our pan for a month now and it works great. No issues with eggs or grilled cheese sandwiches sticking! I like the even heat from the heavy bottom. We are diligent not to overheat the pan, we did have issues with another brand previously. Having the shorter handles is a great idea for drawer storage as well.

Will be checking 1st Monday of each month to see if an egg still slides across the surface(no oil added)….is an everyday pan — starts with eggs — moves on to chicken veggies - etc

I'm obsessed with my pan Best design feature is the handlesas they take up no space on the stove and storage.
