[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is awesome, before this I only ever had a small rice cooker and a crockpot. This does it all, it's so handy to sauté veggies and brown meat and use the same appliance to slow cook for a soup/stew! It works great with my sous vide bags too on the sous vide mode. It has been extremely reliable and durable. Have had no complaints at all, very convenient kitchen appliance!

La olla cocina muy bien y estoy contenta con ella. Algunas cosas podrían ser mejorables. Por ejemplo la calidad del caldero antiaderente y el boom de salida de la presión. La presión sale de golpe en vez de gradualmente de menos a más como en otras ollas. La olla también es muy pensada para su capacidad.

I do wish there was a better manual included for some of the setting I am not as familiar with. Very high quality and nice design. Very happy to have in my kitchen.

I love it can be used in place of a pressure cooker, rice cooker, sauté pan, grain cooker, sour vide, slow cooker, fry pan, food warmer. It works great for the things that I have already tried it for. It does take up a bit of space but saves from having to have 8 different appliances. It’s great for small kitchens. It’s fairly easy to use and comes with all the extras you need. The inside pan looks like a little cauldron, it’s cute. I do have some issues with it. It takes too long to heat up when it comes to pressure cooking. I can be done cooking in a regular stove top pressure cooker before it heats up. Also the cord is too short. This machine needs to be in an open area when it’s time to release the pressure. If it’s not in the open the steams ends up under the cabinets and make a mess. It has its good and bad but overall it’s good.
