Beautiful set of flatware, highly recommend.

I received this silverware set as a wedding gift from a beloved friend in 1994. I still love the silverware (reminding me that I need to replace a couple of items) and have to say it has out-lasted the marriage!

I have service for 8 that I bought 30 years ago, I want to add to my set. What I received was the same Zena pattern but, the size of the flatware is larger than the original. I returned the product.

Mikasa changed the design of Zena over the years. My first set of Zena was really nice... so nice the maid took it home with her piece by piece. After she was no longer with us I asked for a new set for Christmas and got it. Yes, it is different but still beautiful enough to use every day and when company comes. I love both styles and one has to look at them side by side to see they are indeed different. They are absolutely beautiful and they don't bend when you scoop ice cream.
