Ming's Mark Inc 8 Speed 59oz. Countertop Blender

My son gave me this for a present. Plugged it up. Power came on. It worked thru one pulse then died. Will not even come back on n

It broke. There's some kind of brown powdery substance coming out if the base of the vase. Doesn't even turn on. I bought it because it had good reviews on Consumer Reports and was made in the USA. I contacted GoWise when it broke and they said I was out of luck. All they would do is give me 20% off a new one.

It is heavy, solid and built like a tank . . . and it works as beautifully as it looks. It creates so much more than I thought was possible. I got this blender a few days ago and already used it twice making soup. This blender is so convenient! Less mess and clean up is easier. I like the fact that I have less dishes to wash with this blender. My soup turned out amazing and I am so in love with this blender. I plan on using it for so many dinners and lots more. I highly recommend everyone purchase one for their family, you won't be disappointed!
