Pretty easy to install. I did it as a replacement for a lazy susan in a corner cabinet. A few wood screws to anchor it to the floor, and a few machine screws to attach the upright frame to the track ... and boom, done! The ball-bearing movement is smooth, even with the baskets loaded with kitchen items.
Because of the size of my cabinet, there was still a little dead space where the inner basket didn't reach, but I parked some very rarely used appliances in there to get them out of the way. When we need them, we can get them by taking the baskets off the pull-out and reaching (awkwardedly) for them. A reasonable arrangement.
I got this as an open box item for the usual sort of Wayfair discount. All the parts and assembly instructions were complete. The box was a little beat up from all that shipping, but the product inside was in perfect shape.
(As I unpacked it, a small metal rectangular tube fell out, and I never figured out a place where it was needed. Things work fine without it, AFAICT.)
UPDATE: Support confirmed that the metal tube was just for stability in shipping and can be discarded after unpacking.
