Quite a stark difference between these and the scissors I got from the Japanese dollar store. Very high quality, strong. Easy to clean since you can separate the scissors in two. I've used them to cut flowers and will definitely be using them to cut up food too.

Really nice set of shears. Came nicely boxed and could be a nice gift for the holidays. Sturdy and comfortable handles and very sharp. Not too bulky and also fits in my utensil caddy. It seems strong enough to use as utility shears but I plan to use solely in the kitchen.

It’s such a nice well done with premium materials. Japanese scissors are definitely the best , I highly recommend .
