So far , so good. I dont use everyday, as a pro cutter would. For my frequency of use, it will be fine. Steel is proper hardness for me to hone razor sharp. Cut up a Delmonico primal cut in minutes. Smooth. Glad I ran across the Mundial brand. Cuts & handles as well as a knife 3× the price. Solid deal. Good price. Pleasantly suprised.

Love the two chairs. However one wooden side was broken. Wayfair quickly arranged for new replacement side. Fantastic customer service. They are lower than expected but very easy to get in and out of. So no problem. The wooden plugs to cover screw holes were not finished and Color does not match wood. What’s with that? Trying to find a stain to match them
