Napoleon Cast Iron Frying Pan - 56053 - Non-Stick Porcelain Coating

I've use this pan fir every you can imagine. Stands up to everything keep it seasoned and it will be your go to for searing a steak, grilling some veggies or making an upside down grilled onion corn bread. Get this and get creative it is awesome.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love the cast-iron pan. It is large, which is great for dinner meals. My husband seasoned the frying pan when we received it. Last night, I made lamb chops in it, and I was able to cook all of them in the pan because of the size. I love making meals that are required to go in the oven with the pan, as well. I will be using this pan a lot. It's very good quality, but the best part is the size. I plan to use the pan in the summer, with my Napoleon barbeque.

Cooking with cast iron on the BBQ has been a new experience so it took a couple tries to get the recipe I wanted to try right and to remember to use good gloves to handle the iron pan after use. The smores dip we made was amazing and it was easy to transfer from the BBQ to the oven to broil the top to a golden brown.
