(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Napoleon's pizza stone was very effective. My dough recipe not so much. The stone heated quickly and retained the heat for quite some time. It can be used for many other purposes when the need for keeping things warm is in order. The one negative is it does not have holders to lift the stone off of the grill conveniently

I bought one then another and now a third for large group meals. Love the way it drops into grill. Cleans up easy. Great under rotisserie to season potatoes and veggies. I have the Prestige 665 with side and rear side burners

I was a little concerned about food sticking to the pan so I sprayed it with olive oil first. It roasted my chicken beautifully and it was great to use. Nothing stuck and the pan and it was very easy to clean. Looking forward to seeing what else I can grill on it.
