[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Chicken Infusion Roaster as part of the Napoleon Tester Program, and I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first. I make beer can chicken regularly and never really thought there was a better option than using a beer can. Since I'm always looking to improve my grilling and enjoy trying new accessories, I decided to give it a shot—and I'm glad I did. The roaster is very well made from high-quality stainless steel, feels extremely durable, and cleans up easily. It definitely looks like it will last for many years. I attached a few photos showing the cooking process and the finished results. The chicken turned out incredibly juicy, flavorful, and cooked evenly. I did have a small hiccup with the vegetables—they needed a little more time than I expected, so I finished them in the oven while the chicken rested to get them as tender as we like them. LOL! So, what's the verdict? I never knew I needed a Chicken Infusion Roaster, but now that I have one, it will definitely become a regular part of my grilling setup. I'm also looking forward to experimenting with different liquids, seasonings, and even other recipes to see what else it can do. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned several brands of chicken roasters and this one is the best by far. It has a large liquid reservoir that eliminates the need to refill mid cook. The large tray allows you to cook vegetables at the same time.
