This was a New Years gift. When we opened the box the case of the humidor was damaged. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Beautiful piece. Will look good in home. Easy set up.

Overall, very disappointing. The humidor shelves were all discolored. The sticker placed on top was nearly impossible to remove without using Goo Gone. The hygrometer also appears to be inaccurate when compared to another calibrated digital one I use in a different humidor. I contacted support, and while they offered to replace the shelves, I was later informed they are on backorder with no estimated delivery date. Reaching someone from the support team by phone is impossible—it’s all handled through messaging.
