It's great! Use it almost every day.

After two days of use, the base of the kettle became detached from the carafe while full of boiling water. Very dangerous and I am grateful that no one was hurt. There were a few other things that I wasn't thrilled about, but was going to live with. (1)There is only an alert that it has reached temperature when you are boiling water. If you want to use the lower temperature settings, the only indicator is a flashing light, no noise. (2) The base is very lightweight to the point that the whole device moved when you pushed the buttons. Pros: Looks nice, holds a lot of water Cons: Serious safety concerns, cheap feeling base and buttons
