What a fun project to do for date night! Once we figured out that 6 is fine to start with and work down to 1 it was smooth sailing. It has two noodle settings the fettuccine is the one we made because the spaghetti is really angel hair pasta. The attachment is easy to put on and easy to clean. You just let it dry put and brush. We are told that once you make fresh pasta you never go back to box.

Pasta maker compatible with kitchen aid mixer appliances. No need for tools or gadgets to attach, it’s very simple. Unscrew the knob in front of mixer and just attach the pasta maker, simple as that. Has three different slots for making three types of pasta. Excited to use this soon.

The pasta maker is very well made. It is easy to attach to the mixer. I will say that for me, an average cook, there is a learning curve. The machine works perfectly. I need to learn to have the correct consistency to the dough. After making the pasta, the clean-up was easy, following their directions. I look forward to perfecting my pasta making.

I got this pasta maker attachment for my Cuisinart mixer, and I’m honestly so impressed. It fits perfectly and works seamlessly with my machine without any issues with compatibility at all, which was a huge plus. The setup is simple, you just place the attachment in and screw it tight. The quality is great, and I love that I don't have to have a separate machine, just an attachment so my counter and cabinets aren't cluttered. I’ve already made several types of pasta, and everything comes out consistent. If you already own a Cuisinart mixer, this attachment is 100% worth it.

This is a very handy pasta maker. It takes a few tries to get something edible if you’ve never made homemade pasta before but this one is nice because it is mechanical so you have two hands to feed the dough into it. With the manual pasta makers you have to turn a crank so you only have one hand free. One less star because it wobbles a little at the point where you connect it to the kitchen aid machine.
