I like that the Deluxe allows for half-container (12-ounce) servings. I had the regular Creami before and felt somewhat compelled to finish the whole 16-ounce pint even when eating it by myself.

Husband really enjoys it. It's quick and not as loud as others have said

I have now joined the hundreds of thousands of people who eat low calorie/high protein ice cream THAT TASTES LIKE ICE CREAM - EVERY night. I am not sure how I lived without the Ninja Creami and I hope to never find out. And with all of the "Ninja Creami" groups on Instagram and TikTok - I will never run out of ice cream flavors or ideas for how to keep things interesting. THANK YOU NINJA!!!!!

So loud literally had neighbors knocking on my door asking if I was doing renovations to my house.

Absolutely love it. Extremely easy to use. Taste better than store bought ice cream

I bought this in December, and so far, I haven't gotten any recipes to work. At first, I thought it was user error, but I even used Ninja's recipe to make ice cream and each time it came out with the wrong texture and consistency. I really don't know what to do at this point besides make a review.

I’ve had this machine less than 5 months. I’ve used it MANY times so know how to use it. Last night, I was respinning some ice cream. It started to make a TERRIBLE noise. I turned it off and unplugged it. When I opened it, the paddle was in the icecream. When I went to pull it out, it was so hot that I burned my finger and had to use tongs to pull it out. It chewed up plastic and metal. I had to throw the icecream away. I’ll be calling Ninja later today

I bought this less than a year ago and the machine started to overheat and start smoking when it was on the blade and the lid is destroyed

This is an amazing machine, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR FUSSY FAMILY MEMBERS. We bought this machine wondering if we’d end up using it or putting it in the cupboard until we needed the space and then would give it to my sister or mother… IT LIVES ON THE COUNTER. We use it so much and have found so many delicious recipes that we have bought enough extra ‘pints’ that we normally have around 6 in the freezer at a time. The only reason that we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is there’s a common defect in the machine. It’s not a huge problem and really should be marketed as a ‘feature’, but you may or may not receive a machine that will need to be unplugged and plugged back in if its left unused for a day. We shouldn’t be leaving our small appliances plugged in all the time anyway, and we’ve gotten into the habit of just unplugging it for a second before we use the machine.

I bought the ninja creami 2 years ago. It worked fine until today when the paddle mixer fell off the "drill bit" during use, causing the metal to strip and unleash shavings into the food. There was nothing wrong with how I installed it all to cause this to happen. Of course the warranty is only 1 year so I feel SOL. The food and drinks this device could make were awesome, but not awesome enough if the product can't last 2 years. Hugely disappointed.
