Very useful to make smoothies

I am very disappointed with the replacement motor I received for my **Ninja Detect™ TB301 1800-Peak-Watt Blender with BlendSense™ Technology**. From the very first time I received the replacement, the **Mode button only showed “Chop”** and did not display the other modes, such as “Mince, small chop, large chop, max crush, thick mode.” Not only this Manual button also doesn't work, It never select Low, medium, High settings, always show "LOW MODE". I initially thought this might be something that would correct itself after using the blender with different products, and that the system might detect the usage and eventually enable the other modes. Unfortunately, that never happened. This was a **replacement motor provided under warranty**, and I received what appears to be a faulty unit from the beginning. My replacement order number is **01100229092**. What makes this even more disappointing is that my original blender motor had already failed within **only 8 months**, despite very limited use. I was mainly using it to make grape juice a few times, so I did not expect the original product to fail so quickly. I expected much better quality and reliability from Ninja, especially when the product is still under warranty and the replacement itself arrives with an issue. THIS IS SECOND TIME I GOT CHEATED WITH NINJA WITH FAULTY ITEMS!! Overall, I am very disappointed with the product quality and the replacement experience. I do not recommended this product to buy!! I hope Ninja takes this feedback seriously and provides proper resolution to their customer.

Not worth for what paid, poor performance. Smart sensing is pointless.
