I’m actually really excited about this cake lifter. Can’t tell you how many times we’ve made layers for cakes and just trying to move them they crack in the middle because we haven’t had a large enough spatula to help. Now we do!!

This is one of those kitchen items. I didn’t know I needed until I saw it. Trying to get a Bundt cake from a cooling rack onto a platter is always been very difficult without breaking the cake apart. This does the trick. Once again, Nordic wear is the best stuff.
