Moule à gâteau 12 tasses Nordic Ware Pro Form

As always, Nordic Ware makes sturdy, well-made pans. I look forward to making coffee cakes and monkey bread in this one. It makes a very generous sized cake.

Im rather disappointed with this pan. I expected a more weighty construction with a less wimpy nonstick interior from Nordicware. It arrived with a tiny flaw, so Im betting the nonstick finish will not last. I looked forward to using it and did so the very day it arrived. I baked a tunnel of fudge bundt cake. I buttered and floured the pan per instructions and the cake did release in good shape. However-I cut the bake time by more than ten minutes so I could check for doneness early, and good thing I did. The pan is so light weight the cake was already overdone. It was terribly dry. I dislike that regular nonstick spray is not recommended and I want bakeware that doesnt require handwashing.
