The entire set was delivered unscathed and on a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with my new dinnerware however, peeling each and individual sticker of the plate was very troublesome. I wished that there was a better system or better quality labeling that doesn't leave behind residue after being peeled. I haven't attempted to dishwash any of the plates so I can't comment on durability.
