I want to believe you sent me a used one instead of a new one that machine burned my popcorn the second time I waited tried it again 2 days later in which it still burn them it was not popping nothing I stop it poured out the popcorn they was burnt as machine burned bottom ofbottom was burnt as the bottom of the machine a waste, beware

Waste of money garbage never worked. Do not bother. Failed for kids carnival theme party.

Looks nice and works perfectly

Man was that ever FUN. Worked like a charm. Follow directions and in less that 3m you have healthy great tasting popcorn. I used orville redenbachers white corn had less than 6 unpopped kernels. Fantastic device, highly recommended
