I tried to purchase an open boxed, but it was very used with a lot of scrathes all around the item and it was very dirty and unclean, it was not washed really well, there are a lot of chocolate residues. I had to return it.

Does not efficiently keep chocolate melted and fluid throughout the tower.

I like very much. I used for my son birthday and every body love it.

The concept is nice, but it kept clogging up and the experience was messy. The smooth chocolate flow only lasted for a little white before it would get stuck and stop turning. In my opinion, the heating mechanism needs to be all throughout the fountain and not just at the base in order to keep the chocolate at a melting point temperature.

This product is awesome used it with cheese an it flows beautifully looks so fancy. Good quality so if for any reason I would need another one I would buy this again for sure
