Bouilloire Stovetop

I waited some time to write this review. The pattern is starting to discolor already. I keep the kettle on the stove at all times, just like everyone else does, I am sure. I am assuming the heat from the burners is causing the discoloring I am seeing or if it is the hot water instead the kettle causing it...Update: Purchased in August, in the trash by December. In addition to the discoloring, the kettle no longer whistles. The metal piece at the top of the spout is now crooked and no longer sits straight to make it whistle. This item was never put in a dishwasher, I do not know what caused any of the defects but I would not recommend this to anyone, save your money for something better and that will last more than 4 months.

Love it. Compliments my kitchen decor.
