This is the best bakeware I own. Cooking on it is very easy clean up.

These pans have been perfect for baking cookies, bread, cakes, even roasting potatoes! I love the handles as they don't get super warm so you can still maneuver the pan once it is removed from the oven. The Non-Stick has been great and we haven't had any issue with that peeling off as we have with other pans.

I couldn't wait to use these. I baked 4 dozen muffins and 2 dozen cookies the day they arrived and I must say the clean up was a breeze. Everything wiped right out and off with just some Dawn dish soap and a dish cloth. Do NOT use any non stick spray as it will ruin your pans. I have yet to have anything stick to them and did not wash them in between batches.
