This is a defective product Wayfair sold to me. Since purchased Today is the first time I turned on the device right from the box and it does not even start. Why as an organization you are selling defective products to consumers. Most items purchased at you site I kept them in the box because of the limited space in the apartment and months later when I finally want to use it -not working .This is a disgrace to Wayfair and all involved in allowing defective items to be sold on your site. Shame on you. I am going to close my card with you guys for this reason

It is a good food processor however when we first put it together the cup would not come off of the stand nor would the machine start. We had to tug, hard, to get the cup to release from the stand. Once this was off and put back on, it would work here and there. It’s not as simple as plugging it in and turning it on for it to work.
