It works well. My only complaint is that it is hard to fit 2 potspans if one is a large potpan.

Item was "open box." But I did not know that meant it also came WITHOUT any user's manual or guide! Had to go online to the manufacturer's website and find one before I could even be certain that I was operating everything properly. Especially with "no returns allowed on open box items."
