They came unharmed, packaged really well and they go so great with the kitchen! Can’t wait to use them at Thanksgiving.

I ordered an "open box" version. It arrived without any padding between the dishes and the bottom of the box was ripped open. Half the dishes were broken. I assumed the box would have been checked and prepared properly for shipping after being returned by someone else. Very disappointed in the lack of care taken to ensure selling and shipping a viable item.
