I have had these for 5 years now and they have held up very well. I receive many compliments and they look classy.

Junk already worn off the gold sadly.

First of all , it is a service for 4 not 8. Next the balance is not comfortable. Sometimes the fork tips right or left, doesn’t center easily. Holding the instruments to close to the end is uncomfortable due to sharp point on the end. Probably should not buy on line without handel them.

The flatware is so visually attractive but actually holding, using is not practical. The utensils have the longest, awkward hand-feel. I would imagine eating with them, and think it would be challenging maybe clumsy with length of the stem/grip. The small spoon will not likely hold much food and the knife or actual blade part is oddly small in comparison to the absurdly long handle. I did send this back.
