The griddle is sturdy and has a practical size for my stove. I tried making pita bread, but the dough stuck even though the griddle was seasoned. Since I used einkorn and spelt flour, which can be very sticky, I’m not sure whether the issue was the dough or the griddle. I’ll try cooking burgers on it next and update my review.

I’m very impressed with the quality and versatility of this cast iron pan. Having both a flat griddle side and a ridged griddle side in one pan is incredibly convenient and gives me plenty of cooking options. The cast iron feels heavy, sturdy, and is easy to clean. The large size is perfect for cooking multiple items at once. A great addition to my kitchen!
