When it arrived I noticed one of the cushions that the bowl sits on was not on the machine. I found it in the box. the rivet that held it on had broken off. I contacted Paragon and they said the would send me a cushion with a screw through it to replace it since I didn't want to send the whole thing back. They said I would get it in the mail in about a week. It has been over two weeks and no part yet. I ended up fixing it myself. the machine works great other than that. If I had to do it over I would order from Wayfair, but I do not know if i would order from Paragon. In my opinion a company is as good as there word. Pros: Makes lots of cotton candy fast Cons: Case is put together with mostly rivets and not bolts. One rivet was broke off upon arrival.

A slight chatter when you start it and shut it down. Other than that it works great. I can lift it myself so it is portable. Glad I made the decision to purchase this unit. AND Wayfair really does stand behind the products they sell.

Very easy to use! And creates yummy cotton candy! LOVE

this machine puts out faster than my old one although the one problem i have is the first little bit feels like insulation but overall excellent machine well worth the money
