Very difficult to use . Small handles make it impossible to use the pressure cooker. It gets very hot

Very easy and quick cook for rice and soups and many other recipes that I can't wait to try. Due to the smoothness of the pot, you don't even have to scrub it. Food residues comes off easy. Do recommend.

Needed a better solution for rolled oats. This cooker has knocked it out of the park! It's quicker and uses less water than an open pot and this was the only nice pressure cooker I could find this small. I think it is more efficient too because I heat on high until it builds pressure, reduce to medium for 3 minutes (by directions, which are for rice) and turn off until pressure is relieved (about 6-7 minutes). I was cooking before for 20 minutes after high heat to boil the water. So, I am confident I am now using less electricity. I am now anxious to try other grains in the cooker like rice and barley.
