Love the look of these---so perfect with the rest of my dinnerware---but one was broken and apparently I have to send the whole box of 4 back to get a replacement that will likely come broken again or accept 3.43 as a refund (not even half the cost of one mug). Packaging was minimal - just cardboard separaters. So disappointed. I bought these to go with the dish sets I bought ---300 and now I dont have mugs. Company coming in another week.

These are the cutest cups! I did receive one of them chipped, but I will be getting a replacement which was easy and seamless.
