This works perfectly (especially for the price). I see some are complaining about the milk steamer, and I think I understand why. The instructions do not explain that after brewing coffee and pouring coffee into a mug you need to rinse out the carafe and fill with water to the steam line (just under the 2 cup line) and add that into the machine. Then follow the directions for steamed milk. It’s an important step and without doing it, the coffee maker will appear as if the steamer isn’t working.
