Great rack! directions show two models one with 2 brackets and a 3 bracket model. Once sorted out it was easy to install except the anchors provided were for concrete walls and not timber/wood framing. One comment the S-Hooks as hangers were light gauge Great Customer Service on a Sunday AM from Keith and Coleen!!!!! Exceptional

Looks great a definite space saver in our small kitchen. Wish included S hooks were longer.

Pros: Sleek and sturdy stainless steel. good quality heavy-duty S hooks for hanging pots with. Cons: It comes with expansion bolts for installing in masonry, and no hardware for drywall. Disclaimer: I bought an open box. It may have been returned due to no means if attaching to drywall. At 24 in., with studs being 16 in. apart, well, you get the picture. Solution: Locate studs, purchase hardware for screwing into studs on one side. Purchase toggle bolts for the other side. Result: You can install on drywall. Just pick which side you want to attach to studs, drill holes and insert toggle bolts with screw. You need to pull the screw toward you until the toggle is engaged, and expands. I recommend you do the stud side first, it'll hold the shelf, freeing a hand to pull toggle bolt, while drilling in screw with the other. This will give you a strong and secure attachment to you wall. Minus a star for not clear wall mounting directions, and hardware for only one mounting option. As this is NSF certified, most commercial kitchens have masonry walls. For home use, you have options for drywall installation. My Calphalon One vintage cookware and antique Griswold skillets will look great hanging from this. I purchased a steel cabinet/wall mount lid holder on sale at Wayfair with drywall hardware to mount next to it for holding the pot lids.
