The first one I received was broken in a couple of different places. They exchanged it with no issues. I am using with the 24 spice jars by Prep Savour that works out great.

This fits perfectly on a shelf in on of my cabinets. It's not as easy to see what's in the back row, but still much better to have all of the spices on the risers. Happy with this purchase.
