I was so glad to get this kitchen kettle. I have had a similar one that I’ve used many years not the same brand but use it for a lot of things and the element was damaged and I needed to get a new one so was looking around for quite a while for something. I was so glad to find this. I will be cooking one of my favorites roast beef with Winter vegetables, carrots, potatoes, onions, green beans. And beef gravy I will be using it for some good seafood recipes, such as shrimp, scampi, and some soups that are my favorites like chicken noodle and potato cheese soup.
