True first one I received leaked everywhere when I used it. I submitted a return request online and Wayfair sent me a brand new one within a week. I didnt have to do anything and they let me keep the old one!!!! It works great now!!!!

Nice coffee maker. Bought for our beach house rental, and it has withstood the use by weekly tenants and looks fantastic. Love this.
