Product seemed fine, but note that this is a wine opener, and not a wine preserver or wine saver. I returned product as I don't need an opener.

Works great. Actually didn't it was battery-operated only when I ordered. Assumed it would be rechargeable. Decided to keep it. Very happy that it takes up less room on the counter than a rechargeable unit would be. So far works great and batteries seem to be holding up well. I would give it 4.5 starts if possible, since the included foil cutter is not very effective. Use my old foil cutter.

This is not an Electric Wine Opener, it is battery operated. There is no LCD screen that counts down the number of cork pulls you have left in the battery charge. And speaking of the battery charge, I asked the following: Q: "How is it rechargeable?" asked by Deanna A: "Micro USB wall charging unit included." Tina from Wayfair on Jan 15, 2021 There is no Micro USB charging unit included. Luckily they were great about taking the item back.
