I expected something made of metal to be more robust. I ordered this after using a similar setup in a vacation rental, which handled small appliances and pots easily. This unit is used for light stainless pots and pans, plastic containers, and a set of thin stainless bowls. It makes everything much more accessible, but everything has to be carefully balanced. If the weight distribution is off even a modest amount , the shelves flex and everything slides to the low side and pot and pan handles swing out, banging on the inside of the cabinet… once getting jammed in the back corner. Inadequate for my needs.

This is a really heavy duty, well made product. Ordered to replace a damaged plastic lazy Susan. The directions were not able to be followed because of the style of our cabinet but we improvised.
